ich bin per Zufall drauf gestoßen, in den einschlägigen Reisegruppen hat das erstaulicherweise noch keiner erwähnt.
Zwei Attacken auf dem Pamir Highway an der Grenze zu Afghanistan. 5 tote Chinesen.
Wer nicht die östliche, uralte und extrem schlecht fahrbare Straße aus dem Tal nach Dushanbe nimmt, kommt dort vorbei.

Das wird die eh schon geringe Begeisterung der Grenztruppen, einen auf der Strecke übernachten zu lassen, sicher nicht erhöhen....

On November 30, 2025, at approximately 18:45 local time, members of an armed terrorist group infiltrating from the territory of Ruzvayak village of Maimay district, Badakhshan Province of Afghanistan, carried out an armed attack on employees of the road construction company China Road and Bridge Corporation in Shodak village of the Vishkharv rural community of the Darvoz district of Tajikistan. As a result, two citizens of the People’s Republic of China were killed and two others sustained various injuries, reports the Press Center of the Border Troops of the State Committee for National Security of the Republic of Tajikistan.

A similar terrorist act was committed earlier, on November 26, 2025, when militants from the territory of Shahr-e Buzurg district of Badakhshan Province of Afghanistan crossed into the Shamsiddin Shohin district of Tajikistan, resulting in the death of three employees of the Shohin-SM company — citizens of the People’s Republic of China — and injuring another.

Dass man die Stelle umfahren kann, stimmt hingegen nicht, der angegebene Ort ist flussaufwärts von Khalaikumb.

Danke für den Hinweis, da habe ich mich vertan. Liegt ja in der Tat flußaufwärts der Kreuzung.

Angeblich hat China alle Chinesen aufgefordert, die Region zu verlassen.
Wie das gehen soll bei der großen Straßenbaustelle etc ist mir ein Rätsel.
